The registration is binding as soon as confirmed by the organizer in writing. Up to two weeks before the beginning of the conference you may cancel free of charge, after this point, 50 % of the participation fee will be charged. Cancellations must take place in writing. Of course, the designation of an alternative person is possible. The participation fee is payable as soon as the invoice is issued. In case of cancellation only fees already paid are refunded. Occasionally, it may be necessary to alter the contents or the identity of the speakers.
